This list of exempt religious bodies, under the Marriage Act 1955, is published for general information and comes into force on 25 March 2021.

Pursuant to the provisions of section 32E of the Marriage Act 1955, the following organisations are approved as exempt religious bodies:

Quakers (Religious Society of Friends)
