This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of TKO DESIGN LIMITED (a company that ceased trading on 20 June 2017).

The sum of $9,395.77 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

The shareholder of TKO DESIGN LIMITED has now lodged a claim.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs to TKO DESIGN LIMITED – subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 25 March 2021.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, Private Bag 5902, Wellington (Attention, Raewyn Garry) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.
