Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 8, 45 Queen Street, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Blenheim in proceeding CIV-2021-406-22 and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below on 27 August 2021:
23 Ludstone Road, Kaikoura, comprised and described in Record of Title 79777 (Marlborough).
