Liberty Financial Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 8, 45 Queen Street, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“mortgagee”) under the mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Dunedin in proceeding CIV-2021-412-33, dated 1 July 2021, and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below:
214 Highgate Street, Roslyn, Dunedin, comprised and described in Record of Title OT365/12 (Otago).
