In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”), and in the matter of mortgage instrument 11090234.2 (“mortgage”), Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 8, 45 Queen Street, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“mortgagee”) under the mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Auckland in proceeding CIV-2020-404-238, dated 28 April 2020, and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below:
Description of Mortgaged Land: 72a Henwood Road, Mangere East, Auckland, comprised and described in Record of Title NA34B-569/378203 (North Auckland).
