Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 7 May 2021 it entered into possession of certain goods mortgaged pursuant to a security agreement made by the Mortgagor in favour of the Mortgagee dated 23 June 2020.

The mortgaged goods are:

3. 2017 Man Tgx 35.540 Truck, Registration No. KHE999, VIN: WMA30XZZ8GM693025; and
4. 2013 Roadmaster Fg 5A-11.4 Commercial Trailer, Registration No. W615K, VIN: 7AT0KDO3X13003054.
