Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of Mortgage Instrument Number 11582539.1 (Canterbury Land Registry) (“mortgage”), Conway Properties Limited (“mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 7 January 2021.
The description of the mortgaged land is Lot 2 DP 308830, Certificate of Title 34310 being the property situated at 10 Hendon Street, Edgeware, Christchurch.
The address to which communications relating to the mortgaged land may be addressed is Conway Properties Limited, PO Box 9, Rangiora 7440.
