I intend to remove the following companies from the Register, under section 318(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on the grounds that no liquidator is acting or the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act have not been sent or delivered to the Registrar within six months after the liquidation of the company is completed.

Unless, under section 321 of the Act, written objection to removal of any of the above companies is delivered to the Registrar by 30 March 2021, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar is required to remove the companies from the Register.
