Notice of Intention to Remove Charitable Trust From the Register

The Companies Act 1993 and the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Pursuant to section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), I hereby advise I have requested the Registrar of Companies to remove the above-named charitable trust from the Charitable Trusts Register. The request is made in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Act on the grounds I have filed with the Registrar the final liquidation reports and made the appropriate declarations as required under section 257(1)(a) of the Act.

An objection to this request must be made to the Registrar under section 321 of the Act by 29 January 2021.

The liquidation is complete. There were no realisation proceeds to be distributed.
