Notice of Intention to Remove Company from the Register

I, Joseph Richard Tristan Dean of Nexia Auckland Limited (trading as Nexia New Zealand), liquidator of the above-named company whose registered office is situated at Level 1, 5 William Laurie Place, Albany, Auckland, hereby give notice that pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 25 September 2021.
