Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, it is intended the Registrar of Companies will remove the above company (in liquidation) from the Companies Register as the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been delivered for registration.

Pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the removals must be delivered to the Registrar not later than 31 August 2021.
