Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Sections 318(1)(e), 320 and 321 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, liquidators of DATALIGHT LIMITED (in liquidation), have filed our final report on the liquidation of the company with the Registrar and hereby give notice we intend to remove the company from the Register.

Any objection to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 30 September 2021.
