Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register

Application to remove the above-named company from the Register of Companies will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) have been filed with the Registrar.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 12 February 2021.
