Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

1. The liquidator gives notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having completed the duties of a liquidator, the Registrar intends to remove the company from the Register.
2. Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar by 11 June 2021.
