Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ATTACHE SOFTWARE (NEW ZEALAND) PTY. LIMITED (an overseas company incorporated in Australia and registered on the Register of Overseas Companies maintained by the Registrar of Companies under the Companies Act 1993) intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.

ATTACHE SOFTWARE (NEW ZEALAND) PTY. LIMITED will give notice to the Registrar of Companies in the prescribed form stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
