Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

MARY KAY COSMETICS (NEW ZEALAND) INCORPORATED, a company incorporated in the United States of America, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that it will give notice to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months after publication of this notice stating the date on which the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
