Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), for the removal of KATALYST PRODUCTIONS LIMITED from the New Zealand Overseas Register on the grounds that this company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
