Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DISTRIBUTION INTERNATIONALE DE VINS ET ALCOOLS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (New Zealand branch), registered as an overseas company under Part 18 of the Companies Act 1993, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and will give notice to the Registrar of Companies, on or after three months from the date of publication of this notice, for the company to be removed from the Overseas Register.
