Notice of Intention to Remove the Company From the New Zealand Overseas Companies Register

Notice is hereby given that VILLEROY & BOCH AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, a company registered in Australia, has ceased to carry on business directly in New Zealand and instead will continue its operations from Australia. The company intends to give notice to the Companies Registrar to be removed from the New Zealand Overseas Companies Register, three months from the date of publication of this notice, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993.
