The general public is hereby informed that INFOPIE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company listed on the Overseas Register of the Companies Office, having its registered office at 45 Pharazyn Street, Melling, Lower Hutt 5010, has taken a decision to wind up its business operations in New Zealand effective immediately.
