Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given that UNILEVER ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED, a company duly incorporated in Singapore, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will give notice to the Companies Register to be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of publication of this notice, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
