Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

SWITCHDIGITAL PTY LTD, a company incorporated in Australia and registered as an overseas company under Part 18 of the Companies Act 1993, hereby gives notice pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of that Act that it intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on or soon after 26 November 2021.
