Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given that we are closing the business of SMARTMEGH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and we intend to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and it will be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of publication of this notice pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
