Public Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

TREVI CONSTRUCTION CO. LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that it intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that it will give notice to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months after publication of this notice stating the date on which the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
