Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, FEDERAL EXPRESS PACIFIC, LLC gives notice that, after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, FEDERAL EXPRESS PACIFIC, LLC intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
