Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993

Pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company gives notice that it intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that it will give notice to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months after giving this notice.

Customers, suppliers and advisers of AIA in New Zealand are advised that this notice has no impact on them (as AIA’s business in New Zealand is operated by AIA New Zealand Limited).
