Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MILESTONE PACIFIC PTY LIMITED, being a company incorporated in Australia and registered as an overseas company under Part 18 of the Companies Act 1993, has ceased carrying on business in New Zealand and will give notice to the Registrar of Companies to remove MILESTONE PACIFIC PTY LIMITED from the Overseas Company Register on or after the date three months from the date of this notice.
