Public Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, HARLEY-DAVIDSON AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED (New Zealand Branch) intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the New Zealand Register of Overseas Companies not earlier than three months from the date of this notice.
