Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Overseas Register

Pursuant to Section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993

COLLECTIVE NUTRITION PTY LTD has ceased trading in New Zealand and intends to close the New Zealand branch of the business.

COLLECTIVE NUTRITION PTY LTD intends to request the removal of the company from the Overseas Register.
