1. On 9 February 2021, an application for putting SLD AGRICULTURE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2021-412-8. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on Wednesday 31 March 2021 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
