1. On 28 January 2021, an application for putting HISPEC HOMES NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2021-409-9. McVicar Building Supplies Limited was added as second plaintiff on 11 November 2021. McVicar Building Supplies Limited’s application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 9 December 2021 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
