1. On 30 September 2021, an application for putting SK TRANSPORT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2021-404-1867. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 3 December 2021 at 10.00am.
