This document notifies you that:

1. On 11 October 2021, an application for putting THREE SHORTLAND STREET LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2021-404-1950. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 10 December 2021 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Zhou Dong Liang, Xiu Ling Zhang and Au Kids Trustee Limited (as trustees of the Jedi Family Trust), whose address for service is at c/- HC Legal Limited, Level 1, 19 Mauranui Avenue, Newmarket, Auckland. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Brett Leeson Martelli, of HC Legal Limited, whose address is as noted above.
