1. On 14 October 2021, an application for putting CRUSADERS BUILDING DEVELOPMENT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2021-409-467. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 25 November 2021 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
