This document notifies you that:

1. On 6 August 2021, an application for putting ADKINS TAXIS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth. Its reference number is CIV-2021-443-41. The application is to be heard by the High Court at New Plymouth on 8 October 2021 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
