This document notifies you that:

1. On 6 August 2021, an application for putting C D TRUCKING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2021-470-91. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 20 September 2021 at 10.00am.
