This document notifies you that:

1. On 12 July 2021, an application for putting CAFE BELLA LIMITED (trading as Ground Zero Coffee) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2021-419-170. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 30 August 2021 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Origin Coffee Traders NZ Limited, whose address for service is at c/- HC Legal Limited, c/- Heaney & Partners, Level 13, 188 Quay Street, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Brett Leeson Martelli of HC Legal Limited, whose address is as noted above.
