This document notifies you that:

1. On 1 October 2020, an application for putting DIAMOND HOSTEL LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Blenheim. Its reference number is CIV-2020-406-34. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Blenheim on 18 February 2021 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before the hearing date.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Sungja Kim, whose address for service is c/- Davies Law, Level 1, 19 Mauranui Avenue, Epsom, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Stephen John Davies and Alden Ho, whose address is as noted above.
