1. On 7 April 2021, an application for putting EVAMP NEW ZEALAND LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2021-485-154. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 1 June 2021 at 10.00am.
