This document notifies you that:

1. On 8 March 2021, an application for putting CBI COMPANY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2021-404-380. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 23 April 2021 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Bravo Commercial Limited t/a Bravo Hospitality and Bravo Cleaning, whose address for service is at Akarana Legal, 16 Brian Slater Way, Stonefields, Auckland. The plaintiff's solicitor is Philip Andrew Sheat, of Akarana Legal, whose address is as noted above.
