Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004—Traffic Sign (November 2020)

Pursuant to sub-clause 4.4(4) of the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 and a delegation from Waka Kotahi, NZ Transport Agency, I, Glenn Bunting, Manager Network Safety, authorise the installation and maintenance of the sign described in the Schedule to this notice.

	Roundel comprises three concentric rings of illuminated elements, the outer ring and diagonal bar must be continuously lit, but the inner rings must flash at approximately 1 Hertz	red when lit	outer ring 600mm diameter (effective), inner rings sized to achieve a 90mm roundel width
When the right turn restriction doesn’t apply the sign must be unlit and black
