In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Darren Handforth, Head of High Hazards, Energy and Public Safety, give notice that I have exempted Turnbull & Bond Limited from compliance with regulation 11.22(1)(c) of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 3 March 2021 and expires on 3 March 2026 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.
