Notice of Making of Agency to Director Rule
In accordance with section 161(3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, notification is hereby given of the making of Land Transport Rule: Agency to Director (Consequential Changes) Amendment 2021 (“Rule”).

The Rule comes into force on 1 April 2021.
The Rule is available at: https://www.nzta.govt.nz/agency-to-director-amendment-2021/.
The Rule is also available for inspection free of charge, and can be purchased, at the National Office of the NZ Transport Agency, 50 Victoria Street, Wellington, or by emailing rules@nzta.govt.nz.
Dated at Wellington this 26th day of February 2021.
