Pursuant to section 556 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 18 February 2021 granted the exemptions contained in the Financial Markets Conduct (Insider Trading – Livestock Improvement Corporation Limited) Exemption Notice 2021.
