Pursuant to section 40AA(1)(a) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of the exemption, dated 20 October 2021, from all of the applicable requirements of Part 40A of the Maritime Rules, for a passenger vessel operating within restricted limits.
