On 9 November 2021, pursuant to section 84 of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the Commerce Commission prepared a draft liability allocation determination for the telecommunications development levy for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021.

The closing date for submissions on the draft determination is 23 November 2021 at 5.00pm.
