Thank you to those who participated in our recent levy consultation by providing submissions on our proposals.

Taking your feedback into consideration, we’ve made recommendations on levy rates and the other levy-related matters included in the consultation to the Minister for ACC.

ACC’s recommendations are outlined on acc.co.nz/LevyResults alongside the original proposals and background information.

The Minister will review this advice and make final recommendations to Cabinet before the end of the year.
