This corrigendum amends the Declaration that the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Order 2009 Does Not Apply to Certain Vessels Participating in the 36th America’s Cup Regatta 2021 starting on 17 December 2020 to 21 March 2021 (“Notice”) that was published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 January 2021, Notice No. 2021-au24.

The Notice incorrectly stated the weight of the Rocna anchor type as 6 kilograms.

Please replace the table contained in the Notice with the following table:

This notice comes into effect upon publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
