Pursuant to section 241 of the Land Transport Act 1998 (“Act”), I authorise the following person, for the purpose(s) and the term, and on the conditions stated below, to have access to the names and addresses of persons:

• who are currently registered in respect of a motor vehicle(s); and
• who have not instructed the Registrar of Motor Vehicles to withhold their details.

Person: Truck Towing Company (NZ) Limited

Purpose(s):

For verifying the registered person details for a motor vehicle in the lawful possession of Rowe Motors where the registered person is unknown.

For verifying the registered person details for motor vehicles listed on impound documentation provided by the police.

In order for Rowe Motors to:

• Advise the registered person that the vehicle has been towed and its location.
• Send an invoice to the registered person requesting payment.

Term: The authorisation is valid for a period of five years commencing 7 October 2021 and ending at midnight on 6 October 2026.
