Pursuant to section 556 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 21 September 2021 granted the exemptions contained in the Financial Markets Conduct (Christchurch City Holdings Limited Sustainable Bond Offer) Exemption Notice 2021.
